Welcome to Sheridan Suites Apartments Hotel (“Hotel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located in Dania Beach, Florida. These Terms & Policies are designed to ensure a safe, comfortable stay for all guests and to protect our business operations. By making a reservation or staying at our property, you agree to comply with the following terms.

  1. Reservations & Payments
        •    Full payment for the entire confirmed stay is required in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
        •    Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other methods approved by the Hotel.
        •    Any extensions of stay must be requested and paid for in advance. Extensions are subject to availability and approval by management.
        •    Failure to make timely payment may result in immediate checkout without refund.
  2. Security Deposit
        •    A refundable security deposit of USD 250 or higher per accommodation, per stay is required at check-in.
        •    The deposit may be used to cover damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, unpaid balances, late check-out fees, or policy violations.
        •    Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days after checkout, subject to inspection.
  3. Check-In & Check-Out
    Check-In
        •    Check-in time: 3:30 PM – 10:30 PM
        •    Minimum check-in age: 21 years
        •    Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
    Check-Out
        •    Check-out time: Before 11:00 AM
        •    Contactless and express check-out options are available.
        •    Late check-out is subject to availability and a late check-out fee will apply.
        •    Guests remaining in the unit past check-out time without approval will incur additional charges.
  4. Special Check-In Instructions & Access
        •    The front desk is open daily from 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM (limited hours).
        •    Guests arriving outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property at least 24 hours in advance to receive check-in instructions and an access code.
        •    Prior to arrival, all guests must complete online registration via a secure link sent by the property.
        •    Guests are encouraged to download the property’s Charge Automation mobile app (link provided prior to arrival) to complete registration and payments.
        •    Access methods include private entrance, access code, and front desk assistance during limited hours.
  5. Stay Extensions & Non-Payment Protection Policy
    To protect our guests and our business:
        •    Guests may not remain on the property beyond their paid checkout date/time without full payment for the extension.
        •    Staying past checkout time without payment is considered unauthorized occupancy.
        •    The Hotel reserves the right to:
        ◦    Charge the card on file for additional nights, fees, and penalties
        ◦    Disable room access
        ◦    Remove personal belongings after legal notice, in accordance with Florida law
        ◦    Involve law enforcement if a guest refuses to vacate the room
        •    No guest acquires tenant or residency rights, regardless of length of stay.
  6. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
        •    Cancellation policies vary by rate plan and booking channel.
        •    No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
        •    Early departures are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
  7. Occupancy Limits
        •    Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced per room type.
        •    Exceeding occupancy limits may result in additional charges or immediate termination of the stay without refund.
  8. Guest Conduct
        •    Guests must conduct themselves respectfully and comply with all Hotel rules.
        •    Excessive noise, illegal activities, harassment, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate eviction without refund.
        •    The Hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating these policies.
  9. Damage, Theft & Cleaning Fees
        •    Guests are financially responsible for any damage, theft, or excessive cleaning caused during their stay.
        •    Charges will be applied to the payment method on file.
  10. Housekeeping
        •    Housekeeping schedules vary depending on length of stay.
        •    Excessive mess or unsanitary conditions may result in additional cleaning fees.
  11. Smoking, Pets & Children
    Smoking
        •    Sheridan Suites Apartments Hotel is a non-smoking property.
        •    Smoking in rooms or unauthorized areas will result in a cleaning fee.
    Pets
        •    Pets are allowed with prior approval only.
        •    Pet fee: USD 20 per pet (varies based on length of stay).
        •    Pet deposit: USD 100 per stay (refundable, subject to inspection).
        •    Dogs and cats only.
        •    Service animals are welcome and exempt from all fees.
    Children & Extra Beds
        •    Children are welcome.
        •    Rollaway/extra beds are available for USD 15 per day and must be reserved in advance.
        •    Cribs/infant beds are not available.
        •    Children under 14 years old must be supervised by an adult when using the swimming pool.
  12. Liability Disclaimer
        •    The Hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
        •    Guests use the property and amenities at their own risk.
  13. Right to Refuse Service
        •    Management reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any guest for policy violations, non-payment, or safety concerns.
  14. Governing Law
        •    These Terms & Policies are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
  15. Fees & Payments
        •    Accepted payment methods include American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, debit cards, mobile payments, and cash.
        •    Credit card payments are subject to a 3.9% processing fee.
        •    Optional fees may include parking, pets, late check-out, extra beds, and cleaning charges. Fees are subject to change and may not include applicable taxes.
  16. Important Property Rules
        •    Only registered guests are permitted in guestrooms.
        •    Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
        •    Alcohol is not permitted on the property.
        •    This property does not have elevators.
        •    Long-term stays are welcome; however, no tenancy or residency rights are granted regardless of length of stay.
        •    The property is professionally cleaned and equipped with smoke detectors.
        •    Outdoor spaces (balconies, patios, terraces) may not be suitable for children; please contact the property in advance with concerns.
